rules at spawnexit on LL2

Hi,

It looks like there are server specific rules for the spawn exits, as the rules written on the old forum or given by an HA from LL1 do not apply on LL2. For example flamer is forbidden at spawn exit on LL2.
Would it be possible to have the LL2 rules officially explained here ?

These are supposed to be the rules for every server of theirs, no exclusion. You must be wrong about the difference in rules between LL servers.

that what I was thinking and what I've always been told.
However an admin recently used a bind on LL2 for add some rules. When I said that weren't the rules, quoting those rules and even asking an HA for confirmation, I've just been told that those rules are for LL1, not LL2.
The LL2 rules were different, and he used his bind again.

I've been kicked enough time for crazy personal appreciations, so I have to perfectly know what is doable and what isn't, in order to defend myself.
So anyone who can explain me what are the LL2 rules ? Any HA left in this community ?

okay, as nobody answer I'll take the old rules as the correct one for LL2. If there are issue I'll just make the classic whiny post and refer to this subject in adition.

If an admin/member do this, he's wrong.
