Money with search?

I'm using few days this site for my search: scour.
Only doing searching/voting/comment sites.
Everytime you vote/search/comment you will have 1 point (50 bonus for register and 100 if you download the toolbar)...when you have 6500 points they will give you 25$ in your paypal (after some weeks).
I say it for admins want help the server go up next months...
If there is a problem with this topic i say sorry and can close.
